WHAT WE BELIEVE
First Baptist Benton has been in the heart of Benton since 1897. We are affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention, the Louisiana Baptist Convention and the Northwest Louisiana Baptist Association. At First Baptist, you will hear the Bible taught through Biblically sound messages. You will also witness the Bible being lived out through genuine relationships, heartfelt prayers, authentic worship, and a church family with a true desire to care for those in need. We are not a perfect church, we are a work in progress. The Bible tells us that He who began a good work in us, will be faithful to perform it until the day Jesus Christ returns (Philippians 1:6). You don't need to be perfect to come to church; you are always welcome here at First Baptist Benton with open arms.
